1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Services

Willoughby Wealth Enterprises provides done-for-you AI automation systems, CRM setup, and marketing services. The specific services provided will be detailed in a separate service agreement or proposal.

3. Payment Terms

Services are billed on a month-to-month basis unless an annual plan is selected. Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our done-for-you builds and the immediate allocation of resources, setup fees and first-month payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

5. TCPA Compliance

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their use of our SMS and Voice AI systems complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all other applicable laws and regulations regarding marketing communications.

6. Intellectual Property

The proprietary AI workflows, system architecture, and automations built by WWE remain the intellectual property of WWE and are licensed to the client for use during the term of their active subscription.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
